Judy is a full-time freelance writer in the Minneapolis area. Growing up on the west coast gave Judy a great appreciation for local, natural, and healthy foods. Finding those opportunities locally have been a challenge. but eating local and healthy is not impossible in the midwest. Judy and her husband are members of a local food co-op and are participating in a CSA program. They believe sharing resources can help everyone become acquainted with a better lifestyle. Judy is also the self-trained executive chef for the Ferril family and loves to share her passion for cooking and healthy foods with others.

Hi Judy,
I am the brand manager here at Columbus Salame and came across your blog entry from this week. Glad to hear that you and your husband enjoyed the Columbus offering. Have you tried our new offerings, Cacciatore with Truffles and Cacciatore with Porcini?
